False positives cause Rice University casedemic

Houston’s Rice University delayed classes over one single infection.  The problem: Covid testing false positives.  When the University tested incoming students, positive tests triggered the usual misplaced hysteria.

So, the university retested students.  Only one student tested positive for Covid.

According to Zero Hedge:

After 90% of the positive test results came from just one provider, and most cases involved people reporting no symptoms, officials grew suspicious. An investigation revealed that the provider had changed its protocol to determine test results without the university’s knowledge.
